Our Timeline 

Deposit & Project Kick Off  

Once we pick out a floor plan and design that's right for you, we send your plans to our truss manufacturer to be produced. Afterward, we submit it to the local building department for approval. 

 

6 to 7 weeks

Permit Issuance

We pick up your local county permit and process it with your local building department. 

2 to 3 weeks 

Bond/Tie Beam Complete

At this point, the tie or bond beam (depending on your project) successfully completes the Foundation stage of the project.  

2 to 3 weeks

Roof Dry-In

We complete drying in your roof the moment we complete your framing installation, to prevent any rain damage 

1 to 2 weeks

At this point, the tie or bond beam (depending on your project) successfully completes the Foundation stage of the project.  

Insulation, Drywall, and Stucco 

We frame, insulate, and drywall your interior and exterior structure as well as apply the exterior stucco onto your home. 

2 to 3 weeks

Finishes

We install your selected tile, cabinets, countertops, and other finishes. 

2 to 3 weeks

Certificate of Occupancy

Adding the final touches to your landscaping, driveway, interior finishes, and passing final city, bank, and independent third-party inspections using our multi-point, integrated inspection system. 

2 weeks

Final Punch Out

We walk you through the final product and go over any remaining items to be done on our inspection check list. We give you a move-in date and a warranty package as well as give you full access to our customer support team. 

1 to 2 weeks

Our typical beginning to end timeframe

18 to 25 weeks (4.5 to 6.5 months)

Our timeframe will vary based on weather changes, unforeseen shortage in labor and material, change-orders, and project management schedule changes.
